Getting Started

Introduction

Collaborative sourcing memory for small recruiting teams.
This documentation is a placeholder draft. Details will be verified as the product stabilizes.

What is Modri?

Small recruiting teams lose sourcing context inside LinkedIn. They reopen the same profiles, duplicate outreach, and keep notes in disconnected spreadsheets or ATS records created too late.

Modri is a lightweight, team-owned sourcing memory available while a LinkedIn profile is being viewed, plus a focused web dashboard for the rest of the search.

Who it is for

  • Primary ICP: recruiting and sourcing teams of 2–10 people that use LinkedIn daily
  • Buyer: team lead, agency owner, or head of talent
  • Daily user: recruiter or sourcer

Jobs to be done

  1. When I open a LinkedIn profile, show whether my team knows this person and what happened.
  2. Let me save a person, status, process, and note without leaving LinkedIn (or Google X-ray results).
  3. Let the team run a search through configurable stages without a heavy ATS.
  4. Preserve a trustworthy activity history so teammates do not duplicate work.
  5. Let me build LinkedIn / Google X-ray Boolean strings and keep them with the team.
