Searches and stages

Run a hiring search through configurable stages without a heavy ATS.
In the UI these may appear as positions (searches) and statuses (stages). Naming may still change.

Searches (processes)

A search is a concrete project, for example “Senior Frontend Developer”. Each contact you save can be attached to a search so the team knows which pipeline it belongs to.

Manage searches under Config → Positions.

Stages (statuses)

Stages are an ordered pipeline configuration, for example:

New → Contacted → Replied → Rejected

Teams configure stages once and reuse them across searches. Update a contact’s stage from the LinkedIn / Google extension panel or the dashboard.

Manage stages under Config → Statuses.

Boolean (sourcing queries)

Separately from pipeline searches/positions, Boolean search builds LinkedIn and Google X-ray query strings. That is query craft — not the same as attaching a contact to a hiring process.

Activity history

Meaningful changes (saved contact, stage update, note) should leave a history the team can trust — so the next person opening the profile knows what already happened.
