Review profiles in the dashboard

Find, filter, archive, and update saved people when you are not on LinkedIn.

Last updated Aug 18, 2026

Profiles is the list of people your workspace has saved. Home is the snapshot: counts, breakdowns, and recent activity.

Open a profile

Go to Profiles. Click a row to open the same detail you see in the extension: Status, Position, Key notes, Activity.

You can also Add profile from Home or Profiles if you have a LinkedIn URL and are not on the page.

Filter the list

  • Search by name
  • Filter by Status or Position
  • Switch Active / Archived / All

Archived people stay in the workspace but drop out of the default list.

Archive, restore, or delete

On a row’s menu:

  • Archive profile — hide from Active without losing history
  • Restore profile — bring it back
  • Delete — permanent, with a confirmation. Use this sparingly; archive is enough for “not this role”

Home at a glance

Home shows profiles added, activity, status updates, and team size, plus charts by status and position. Use it to see whether the desk is actually capturing as they source.

Need someone to pick up a profile? Leave a short activity note (“Your turn — they replied Friday”) rather than rewriting Key notes.

If something goes wrong

  • Empty list after a save → confirm the extension is on the same workspace as the app
  • Cannot edit → read-only workspace or you are looking at an archived profile
