Statuses

Statuses are the shared outreach steps for the whole workspace — New, Contacted, Replied, Rejected, or your own list.

Config → Statuses is the team’s outreach vocabulary. Everyone sees the same list in the extension and on Profiles.

Default seed:

New → Contacted → Replied → Rejected

Owners and Admins can add, rename, recolor, reorder, and delete. Members can view the list only.

You can also add a status from the Status dropdown in the Chrome extension (same name + color form). Reorder and delete stay on this Config page.

Four to six statuses is enough for sourcing memory. If a column would live in your ATS after application, it probably does not belong here.

Drag to the order people should think in. The extension dropdown follows that order.

What happens next

New saves can use the new statuses immediately. Changing a name updates the label on existing profiles.

Deleting a status that is still in use can leave profiles Unassigned. Move people first, or accept that they need a new status.
