Work as a team
Avoid duplicate sourcing
The same LinkedIn URL is one profile. Open it and you see what the desk already did.

Modri’s job is to stop two people from treating the same LinkedIn profile as a fresh lead.
How matching works
A profile is identified by the LinkedIn URL (linkedin.com/in/…). Country LinkedIn hosts and Google redirect links still count as the same person.
If Alex is already Contacted for Frontend developer, the next teammate who opens that URL sees it immediately. They do not get a second card.
What you should do
- Open the profile (LinkedIn or Google results).
- Read Status, Position, Key notes, and Activity before you message.
- Update the status if you took the next step. Add a short note so the next person is not guessing.
Opening a URL never creates a duplicate. A save updates the same record.
What Modri does not do
- It does not merge two different LinkedIn URLs that happen to be the same human.
- It does not show you profiles a teammate viewed but never saved. Visited badges are local to each Chrome.
- It does not replace an ATS duplicate check after someone applies.
The value appears after one save and one invite. Until a teammate is in the workspace, you only see your own memory.
